  • Can I check in early or check out late?

    Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request and based on availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • Do I need a credit card at check‑in?

    Yes — a valid credit or debit card is required at check-in for incidental charges and to confirm your reservation. Must match the reservation holder name and I.D.

    A $100 refundable deposit will be charged on the day of arrival to guarantee your room.

    If the deposit declines, your reservation is subject to cancellation by 4:00 PM on the arrival date.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For reservations booked directly through our hotel or official website, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

    Note: If you booked through a third-party site (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com), please refer to their specific cancellation policy listed in your confirmation as most are non-refundable.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do not accept pets. However, ADA-compliant service animals are welcome.

  • Is there a rooftop bar or lounge?

    We offer a scenic rooftop lounge, perfect for relaxing with a view.

    Please note: Our rooftop bar is currently closed for seasonal updates and not in service at this time. We look forward to reopening it soon!

    While we do not have a pool, guests can enjoy our 2,000 sq ft rooftop deck, available for lounging and socializing with city views.
